Every day, I carve out time to dive into a good book. It's more than just a hobby; it's a daily ritual that fuels my imagination, expands my knowledge, and offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. Books are my gateway to new ideas, perspectives, and worlds. Whether it's a gripping novel, a thought-provoking nonfiction piece, or an insightful professional read, each page turns into an adventure, a lesson, or an inspiration. What's your everyday escape?

Celebrating small wins create a sense of progress and can build momentum towards achieving larger goals. They provide tangible evidence that the team is moving in the right direction, which can be highly motivating. It also helps reinforce the behaviors and practices that led to those achievements. This can lead to the development of best practices and continuous improvement within the team. This morning we celebrated 125 days with Zero CAUTI, Pressure Injuries, Pts. Falls & CLABSI !
